During many of the Physical Intervention and Personal Safety courses run by Beyond The Blue, we demonstrate different solutions to the same problem.

We also demonstrate clearly that our techniques do not rely on brute strength and that anyone can benefit from learning how to redirect force used against them, in order to remove themselves from the situation and further danger.

The techniques are easy to learn, easy to remember and simple to use and all individuals are given sufficient time to practise and perfect them.

Despite a long 12 hour shift our teams of Beyond The Blue staff working alongside the in-house team remain motivated throughout.

By empowering individuals within the team and taking good care of staff working, individuals remain motivated throughout and in turn offer better service to the customers even after standing often in the cold and wet for 12 hours at a time.

Security Industry Authority (SIA) Door Supervisor Licence

Title – Security Industry Authority (SIA) Door Supervisor Licence

The Security Industry Authority (SIA) Door Supervisors Licence is a legal requirement for anyone working within the licensed retail sector security. Beyond The Blue run regular SIA National Certificates for Door Supervisors courses (NCDS) all over the South East and the rest of the UK. Courses run over 4 days and candidates are required to complete 2 examinations one on day 2 and one on day 4.

Our pass rates at Beyond The Blue are extremely high and we endeavour to provide the support required by each individual to give them the best possible learning opportunities and to ensure that our pass rates remain at their current high level
