Event Management can take many forms, it can be as simple as providing management of an event for clients in the areas of security, or be more extensive and cover bars, catering, entertainments, technical co-ordination, artiste management, structure construction (such as marquees), fairground rides and local authority co-ordination.
Beyond the Blue can provide all these functions or any part of them. We can provide staff or work with in-house staff providing them with the training and guidance they require. We can also work with a mixture of Beyond The Blue Staff and in-house or contracted-in staff.
We are often contracted to effectively co-ordinate between the different areas involved in setting up such an event, as they do not always work well together.
The goal at what ever level we are involved is; that the final product is spectacular for our clients and their customers.
